FERC to Examine Site Control Issue Regarding Oregon LNG’s Proposed LNG Terminal

A FERC spokesperson told the Daily Astorian that the Commission will look into the site control issue raised in the Oregon LNG authorization proceeding, but the Commission will not suspend review. The issue, whether Oregon LNG’s control of the proposed terminal site is compromised by a public right-of-way across the site, was highlighted in a comment filed by the chief executive of Bradwood Landing LNG, a regasification project also proposed for the Columbia River in Oregon.
