FERC Issues DEIS for Elba III Project

FERC today released the draft environmental impact statement for the proposed Elba III Project, which consists of the Elba Terminal Expansion and the Elba Express Pipeline. The staff concluded that the project would have limited adverse environmental impact if certain mitigation measures were followed. The document may be found in the FERC e-Library in Docket No. CP06-470. Public comments on the DEIS are due by May 21.
