Freeport LNG Expansion, L.P. and FLNG Liquefaction 4, LLC (Applicants) have filed an application with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) for authorization to export 262.8 Bcf of LNG over 20 years to countries with and without a Free Trade Agreement with the United States in connection with the proposed Train 4 Project. Applicants propose to export LNG from the Train 4 Project, to be located at the Freeport LNG Liquefaction Project under construction on Quintana Island, Texas.
