Magnolia LNG announced that it has executed a legally binding lump sum turnkey engineering, procurement and construction contract with the KBR-SKE&C joint venture for the proposed Magnolia LNG export terminal project at Lake Charles, La. The contract costs $4.354 billion and covers the engineering, procurement and construction of four LNG production trains with design capacity of 2 mtpa or greater each, two 160,000m3 full containment storage tanks, LNG marine and ship loading facilities, supporting infrastructure and all approvals and licenses required after a final investment decision.
