FERC has released an update on the status of its pre-filing environmental review of Downeast LNG’s proposed import/export terminal at Robbinston, Maine. FERC is currently reviewing Downeast LNG’s draft resource reports for the project and will provide comments on the reports for Downeast LNG to incorporate in its final resource reports. The final resource reports will be included Downeast LNG’s formal application for the project, anticipated to be filed early 2016.
