Oregon LNG Pipeline Appeals Land Use Board Ruling
The Daily Astorian reports that Oregon Pipeline Company has appealed to the Oregon Court of Appeals the Oregon Land Use Board of Appeals’ decisions (1) remanding the Clatsop County Board’s (Board) denial of the company’s application for a land use permit to construct a pipeline to feed the Oregon LNG project, and (2) dismissing an appeal of the Board’s initial ruling which approved the land use permit. According to the article, a Board hearing scheduled to reconsider its dismissal of the permit application was cancelled.
