Chevron U.S.A. Inc. filed comments requesting that FERC require Sabine Pass LNG to demonstrate that the proposed expansion of the Sabine Pass LNG export terminal at Cameron Parish, La. will not infringe on Chevron’s berthing rights for LNG imports at the terminal.
