Dow Jones Business News reports that a final investment decision (FID) by Chevron Corp. on the Kitimat LNG project in British Columbia will not come until 2014. The article states that while Chevron has been negotiating with unnamed Asian companies, unless equity partners can be found for 60% of the project’s export capacity, the project will not be approved.
