UPI reports that Royal Dutch Shell (Shell), participant in the LNG Canada Development (LNG Canada) joint venture, is waiting for the British Columbia government to resolve its proposed LNG tax issue before Shell makes a final investment decision on whether to proceed with the proposed LNG Canada export terminal in Kitimat, BC.
