Venture Global LNG Files for DOE LNG Export Authorization

Venture Global LNG, LLC filed an application with the U.S. Department of Energy for authority to export up to 5 million metric tons (243.6 Bcf) of LNG per year from a proposed mid-scale liquefaction and LNG export terminal at the Calcasieu Ship Channel, Cameron Parish, La. to countries with and without a Free Trade Agreement with the United States.
