Oregon LNG Files LNG Export Application
LNG Development Company, LLC and Oregon Pipeline Company, LLC (together, Oregon LNG) filed an amended application with FERC to add LNG export capability to its proposed LNG import terminal application filed in 2008. Oregon LNG’s proposed bidirectional LNG terminal in Warrenton, Ore. would include (i) berthing accommodations for a single LNG vessel; (ii) two liquefaction trains each capable of producing of 4.5 million metric tons of LNG per year; (iii) regasification facilities with a base load natural gas sendout capacity of 0.5 Bcf/day; (iv) LNG storage facilities capable of storing a total of 320,000 cubic meters of LNG; and (v) an interconnected 86.8-mile-long, 36-inch diameter pipeline.
