Cheniere Gives Go Ahead for Construction of Sabine Pass LNG Trains 3 and 4

Cheniere Energy Partners, L.P. (Cheniere) announced today that financing arrangements have been completed for the first four liquefaction trains of the Sabine Pass Liquefaction Project (Project) and that Cheniere’s Board of Directors has made a positive final investment decision for the development and construction of Trains 3 and 4 of the Project. A full notice to proceed has been issued to Bechtel Oil, Gas and Chemicals, Inc. to construct Trains 3 and 4.
