U.S. Senator Lisa Murkowski (R-AK), ranking Republican on the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee, today released “Energy 20/20,” a blueprint intended to stimulate discussion of U.S. energy policy. Among other proposals, Murkowski advocates “at the very least,” expediting the approval process for exporting LNG to “allies of the United States that face emergency or chronic shortages but with whom we do not have free trade agreement.”
