FERC has submitted into the record a revised biological assessment (BA) for the Downeast LNG Project, concluding that the Project is not likely to adversely affect the federally listed species occurring in the area and will have no effect on the species’ critical habitats. The BA can be found on FERC’s eLibrary under Docket No. CP07-52.
