The Alaska Dispatch reports that Japanese officials met with Commissioner Dan Sullivan of the Alaska Department of Natural Resources recently. According to a spokesperson for the Department, the meeting participants discussed Japan’s LNG needs and the possibility of exporting some of Alaska’s North Slope natural gas to customers in Japan.
