Today’s Jamestown Press carries an op-ed piece that attempts to rebut Weaver’s Cove LNG’s recently published arguments. The op-ed piece argues that LNG vessels transiting to Weaver’s Cove might use the proposed vessel anchorage site in Narragansett Bay and that the project’s economic benefits to the local community might not be as significant as Weaver’s Cove LNG predicts.
