Representative Glenn Thompson (R-Penn.) told the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review that he supports the export of natural gas produced from the Marcellus shale gas play as LNG. Representative Thompson noted that he would support efforts to export the Marcellus gas via the Cove Point LNG terminal if liquefaction equipment is installed there.
