This morning Cheniere Energy’s subsidiary, Sabine Pass Liquefaction, LLC, announced that it has signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Endesa, S.A., and Enel Trade, S.p.A. Under the terms of the MOU, the companies have agreed to negotiate definitive agreements for up to 1.5 Mtpa of bi-directional LNG processing capacity at the Sabine Pass LNG facility.
