Earlier this week Columbia Riverkeeper, a group opposed to the Oregon LNG import project and associated pipeline facilities, announced that it will appeal a Clatsop County hearing officer’s conditional approval of the land use application submitted by Oregon Pipeline Company, LLC. Separately, FERC has released a letter sent by Commission Chairman Jon Wellinghoff to Oregon Senator Ron Wyden (D) summarizing the findings of a series of hearings on the conduct of Oregon Pipeline Company. The letter is available in the FERC eLibrary under Docket No. AD10-6.
