Oregon’s LUBA Rules in Favor of Opponents on Bradwood Landing LNG Permitting Appeal
Oregon’s Land Use Board of Appeals (LUBA) remanded the Bradwood Landing LNG import project to Clatsop County on two zoning and environmental issues appealed by opponents of the project. LUBA determined that Clatsop County incorrectly determined that the Bradwood Landing LNG project was a “small or medium” development. The board also determined that further mitigation measures are necessary to minimize the effects of the project on local salmon stocks. The Daily Astorian provides further coverage.
