The Herald News (Fall River, Mass.) reports that U.S. Trade Representative Ronald Kirk wrote a letter to Rep. Barney Frank (D-Mass.) assuring him that a proposed agreement between the United States and the World Trade Organization (WTO) would not cede authority over the siting of LNG facilities to the WTO.
