Citing low gas reserves, Trinidad & Tobago Energy Minister David Small told Reuters that the Atlantic LNG liquefaction plant may not add a fifth train. Minister Small, speaking on the sidelines at the World Gas Conference, said, “[a]s of now, the gas is not all there for an expansion.”
