Jordan Cove LNG Requests FERC Address Application at November Meeting
Jordan Cove Energy Project, L.P. and Pacific Connector Gas Pipeline, LP filed a joint request last Friday that FERC address the two complementary applications at the Commission’s November meeting. The applicants argue that the “regulatory uncertainty created by the Commission’s delay” in making a decision on these applications hurts the projects, the communities the projects will serve, and the natural gas industry generally. The motion is available in the FERC eLibrary under Docket No. CP07-444.
Separately, the Oregon International Port of Coos Bay filed a motion for leave to intervene out of time in the Jordan Cove LNG proceeding before FERC. This motion is also available in the eLibrary under Docket No. CP07-444.
