On August 20, 2009, Dominion Cove Point LNG, LP submitted a plan it will use to mitigate potential environmental impacts related to its Pier Reinforcement Project. Specifically, the plan details procedures and techniques that will be used to minimize effects on sea turtles during pile driving operations. The plan is available in the FERC eLibrary under Docket No. CP09-60.
