Several energy industry analysts told the New Brunswick Telegraph-Journal that they do not believe North American shale gas plays will have a significant impact on LNG volumes delivered to the Canaport LNG terminal. Noting that development of shale gas projects has been curtailed, Zach Allen of Pan Eurasian Enterprises said, “I don’t think you’re going to see quite so much oversupply on the market that you’re seeing right now.”
