Oregon Grants Fourth Stay in Bradwood Landing LNG CZMA Consistency Review

The Oregon Department of Land Conservation and Development and Bradwood Landing LLC have agreed to a fourth stay in the review of the project’s consistency with Oregon’s federally approved Coastal Zone Management Plan. Under the terms of the stay, the review period for the project will remain open an additional 180 days beginning May 5, 2009, and Oregon’s determination will now be due on or before November 15, 2009. The agreement is available in FERC’s eLibrary under Docket No. CP06-365.
