The New York State Department of State (NYSDOS) has renewed its demand that FERC “withdraw or vacate its March 20, 2008, Order authorizing the siting, construction and operation” of the Broadwater LNG import project. The U.S. Secretary of Commerce recently sustained New York State’s Coastal Zone Management Act consistency objection to the project. The NYSDOS’s letter is available in the FERC eLibrary under Docket No. CP06-54.
