Oregon State Rep. Chuck Riley (D), co-sponsor of a bill that would require LNG project developers to prove that Oregon needs LNG imports before building an import terminal in the state, told the Hillsboro Argus that the bill may be dead. The Argus also offers coverage of a public hearing on the bill held earlier this month.
