Amidst allegations that construction trucks servicing the Freeport LNG import terminal may have damaged the only bridge to Quintana Island, City Councilman Wallace Neeley spoke out in support of the construction contractor while reiterating his request for a public meeting to address Freeport’s proposal to deliver LNG to its facility by truck.
