Head of GDF Suez LNG NA Says LNG Imports to United States Unlikely to Increase Dramatically until Summer or Fall
Reuters reports that Clay Harris, CEO of GDF Suez LNG North America, said yesterday that he does not expect a significant increase in LNG deliveries to the U.S. market until the summer or fall. Harris noted that “[t]he few cargos that are looking for a home are still going to Europe because those cargos were fixed in the past few months,” but he expects more spot cargos to be delivered to U.S. LNG terminals in summer and fall.
