Dominion Cove Point, L.P. filed a request for an extension of time to conduct a required noise survey of its Cove Point and Cove Point Expansion LNG facilities until December 31, 2009. The survey must be conducted when the facilities are operating at a sufficient sendout capacity, and the letter states it will be completed “as soon as practicable” once a sufficient number of LNG cargos are delivered to Cove Point.
