Chesapeake Energy Corp. Chairman and CEO Aubrey McClendon said yesterday that his company remains interested in exporting U.S. natural gas as LNG, but noted that “with the current gas price environment and the credit situation, it is going to be pretty tough.” Dow Jones (via Energy Central [subscription required]) provides additional details.
