Quoddy Bay LNG Developer Pledges to Refile Application

Following FERC’s announcement last week that it has dismissed the Quoddy Bay LNG terminal application, project developer Donald Smith told the Bangor Daily News (Maine) that the decision by FERC was not unforeseen. Smith noted that FERC suspended its review of the Quoddy Bay LNG application earlier this year and that the company would refile its application at some point in the future.
