Reacting to FERC’s reissuance of authorization to construct and operate the Cove Point LNG terminal expansion, a spokesperson for Dominion told Reuters that the company is “pleased that FERC has taken direct action to allow the Cove Point expansion to continue and to separately address the remaining issue raised by the [D.C. Circuit] court.”
