James Grasso, a representative for Weaver’s Cove Energy, told the Providence Journal that the company expects to continue developing the Weaver’s Cove LNG terminal and associated pipeline despite a decision by the U.S. Secretary of Commerce to sustain the Coastal Zone Management Act objections to the project, filed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
