Industry Expert: North American Gas Industry Must Settle Gas Quality Issues as LNG Imports Rise
In a Telegraph-Journal report offering additional details regarding the Maritimes and Northeast Pipeline gas quality hearing that FERC announced last week, Bill Gwozd of Ziff Energy said that he believes gas quality issues will have to be settled efficiently as the North American gas market imports greater volumes of LNG. “North America is going to be importing more LNG, and it’s imperative everybody address the specs issue,” Gwozd said.
