Bradwood Landing LNG Asks FERC to Suspend Review of Oregon LNG’s Terminal Proposal

Bradwood Landing LLC CEO William S. Garrett, Jr., has filed comments with FERC calling for FERC to suspend all processing of the Oregon LNG terminal application (currently in prefiling) until Oregon LNG can demonstrate that it is able to secure control over the site. In his comments, Garrett explains that his company considered the same site and rejected it in part because it believed it could not obtain control over the project site in light of a public road that passes through the proposed site. The filing is available in FERC’s eLibrary under Docket No. PF07-10 and the Daily Astorian provides additional details.
