California Community College to Provide Training on LNG Technologies
Long Beach City Community College (LBCC) announced this week that it will spend $1.2 million, including $600,000 in state grants and $600,000 in matching funds from industry, to establish a training program on LNG green truck technology. The announcement comes after approval for the Clean Trucks Program at the Port of Long Beach, which will replace all trucks used at the port with LNG-powered trucks.
