Platts LNG Daily [subscription required] reports that the Sabine Pass LNG terminal expects to receive its commissioning cargo aboard the LNG carrier Celestine River today. In preparation for the arrival of the ship, the U.S. Coast Guard will impose a security zone at the Sabine Pass in Louisiana for approximately three hours between noon and 7 p.m.
