A Los Angeles Superior Court judge denied a request by Sound Energy Solutions LNG to compel the Port of Long Beach to complete its Environmental Impact Report on the company’s proposed Long Beach LNG project. Judge James Chalfant told SES that the Port of Long Beach had the “right to make that call,” and suspend the environmental assessment of the project. Read more in The Cunningham Report.
