Sound Energy Solutions (SES) filed data responses at FERC last week that include a status update on its efforts to gain site control for the proposed SES LNG terminal. The filing also contains a brief in support of SES’ Petition for Writ of Mandate, originally filed in the Superior Court of California in February 2007, to compel the Port of Long Beach and the Board of Harbor Commissioners to continue their review of the terminal proposal and to prepare a final Environmental Impact Report on the project.
