A report carried by the Daily Astorian states that the suggested property tax revenues projected by NorthernStar Natural Gas, the developer backing Bradwood Landing LNG, are “speculative” and that the actual figure could differ substantially from initial estimates. Scott Derickson, Clatsop County Manager, told the newspaper that “it’s really hard to know” how much property tax will be paid to local authorities until a complete appraisal of the property is performed.
