4Gas Has Purchased Vista del Sol LNG Project

Earlier this month 4Gas announced that it has purchased the Vista del Sol LNG project from ExxonMobil. 4Gas has also acquired the 300-acre site for the facility from DuPont. The Vista del Sol LNG project, to be located near Ingleside, Texas, has already received the necessary regulatory approvals but was shelved by Exxon so that the company could focus on its Golden Pass LNG import terminal project.
