Town Approves Money to Continue to Oppose Weaver’s Cove LNG

The Providence Journal (R.I.) reports that the town of Somerset held a Special Town Hall Meeting last night to address several local issues, including whether to authorize further spending to oppose the Weaver’s Cove LNG proposal. Those voters in attendance approved an additional $10,000 to fund this effort, in the event such funding is needed.
