The Malibu Times reports that Malibu City Mayor Pro Tem Pamela Conley Ulich and Council Member Andy Stern say the city is being ignored by the developer of the OceanWay LNG import terminal project. The city officials specifically objected to the late notice of the scheduled hearing, as well as the location of the session outside of Malibu. Stern went so far as to say, “I long for the [Cabrillo Port LNG developer] BHP Billiton days when we at least had the respect where they came to the place where the people are affected.”
