Jamaican Official Calls for Clearer Energy Policy

J Paul Morgan, director general of the Office of Utilities Regulation, called on the new Jamaican Government to articulate a clearer energy policy, particularly regarding LNG. Speaking at a luncheon this week, Morgan said, “There is no question that LNG at the right price, delivered at the right time is the choice for Jamaica.” The Jamaica Observer provides further details.
