Suez: Neptune LNG Project Has Received All Necessary State Permits
Suez announced yesterday that it has received all permits required by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for the construction of its Neptune LNG terminal. CNNMoney.com also reports that Suez has entered into three contracts with engineering firms to facilitate the development of the offshore project. Clay Harris, president and chief executive of Suez LNG NA, said, “Over the next couple of months, we look forward to finalizing the last of the federal environmental permits that follow these from the State in order to bring Neptune on-line and expand our service to meet the growing demand for natural gas in the region in 2009.”
