The St. Petersburg Times (Fla.) reports that the Port Dolphin LNG application to construct an LNG terminal offshore Florida has received a lukewarm reception in Florida. One potential customer, Tampa Electric Co., described its own interest as “very preliminary,” while public interest group Environment Florida expressed concerns for marine life, fishing, tourism, and safety.
