LNG to Help Offset Decline in Canadian Gas Imports

The Natural Gas Supply Association’s 2007 Summer Outlook predicts that increased LNG imports will help to offset diminishing Canadian gas supplies this summer. While Canadian imports are expected to decline approximately 1 Bcf/d from last year, LNG is predicted to provide 2 Bcf/d of supply. Platts LNG Daily provides further details.
