The president of the U.S. division of Shell Oil, interviewed by The New Haven Register, says that the public’s skepticism of the energy industry has made it difficult for Connecticut residents to evaluate the purported economic benefits of the proposed Broadwater LNG terminal, a joint venture by Shell and TransCanada.
